Slow Flow, as suggesting by the name, is a slow and fluid practice.
This type of practice is suggested if you are a beginner, as we will build the practice for the ground up. When the foundations are set, we are then ready to fly.
We always begin with a breath technique or a module to prepare the body&mind to set on a different focus:
- Core and forward fold
- Diaphragm release and twisting
- Heart opening and side of the body
- Full Body Flow
The fluid pace and the focus on alignment&foundations give you the time to become confident with the sequence and the Yoga Practice itself.
